Initial Consultation £200
Up to a one hour appointment including discussion and physical examination as appropriate. A letter to you regarding the consultation with recommendations for further actions which you can choose to share with your GP and the JPUH Hospital notes if you wish.
Initial Consultation with 6 food Skin Prick Allergy Testing £250
Initial consultation as above plus allergy testing for the commonest food allergens (namely Cow's milk, Hen's egg, Wheat flour, Cod, Peanut and Soya) and discussion of the results.
Further appointments (if wanted) £150
Up to a one hour appointment including discussion and physical examination as appropriate. A letter to you regarding the consultation with recommendations for further actions which you can choose to share with your GP and the JPUH Hospital notes if you wish.
